Problem
Benchtop hardness testers keep testing tied to the QC lab. Production teams need fast, accurate in-process checks at the line, with printed records and controlled access to settings.
Solution
We developed a portable hardness tester built around an electronic load cell with up to 980 N of force. A 4.3-inch touch screen runs up to 100 tests in one run, a thermal printer produces records on the spot, and a 6000 mAh battery with automatic shutoff keeps it working through the shift.
