Problem
Wood packaging such as pallets must be heat treated to the international ISPM-15 standard before export. Tracking the heat treatment process manually was error-prone, and maintaining certification standards was difficult.
Solution
We developed end-to-end hardware and software: a control panel with temperature controllers and safety interlocks, and monitoring software with automated real-time data logging, digital certificate generation and monthly report management.
