Problem
QC labs transcribed dissolution results by hand — slow, error-prone, and a compliance liability during audits. Existing testers had no network capability at all.
Solution
We advanced a proven dissolution platform with IoT run reporting: spindle speed held to ±1%, bath temperature to ±0.2°C, and every run logged and pushed to the Prahari IoT core over Ethernet or Wi-Fi, ready for LIMS integration.
